How do I show or hide Fyzzle?
Click the Fyzzle icon in your menu bar, then use the Show Fyzzle checkbox. You can also adjust this in Settings → Mascot.
How do I change reminders?
Open Settings from the menu-bar panel, then choose Reminders. You can turn each reminder on or off, choose its interval, and optionally enable macOS notifications and sound.
How does Quiet during meetings work?
When enabled, Fyzzle can pause interruptions while a supported meeting app is frontmost. It does not need Accessibility permission and does not inspect your screen, windows, browser tabs, or meeting contents.
How do I use an energy reset?
Open the menu-bar panel, select I’m feeling sleepy, then choose Power Nap, Alert Pulse, or Catch Fyzzle. These modes only begin when you choose them.
How do I stop Fyzzle launching at login?
Open Settings → General and turn off Launch at Login. You can also remove Fyzzle from Login Items in macOS System Settings.
